The role

In this role that sits within Medibank’s Acquisition & Growth Team you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to execute and launch campaigns across the Pet, Life and Travel Insurance portfolios.

You will also be responsible for end-to-end omnichannel campaign development and support the delivery of compliance, BAU and member comms initiatives.

The role significantly contributes by:

  • Campaign planning and development (omnichannel marketing including SEM, Social, Display, POS, Website etc…)
  • Managing delivery through creative studio/agency, internal builds, web updates & the dispatch of assets to media agencies
  • Assisting the Performance Marketing Specialist with the creation of always-on BAU assets
  • Feeding into planning & reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Completing AEM (our CMS) & SFMC (our CRM) training to become our Financial Products ‘Platform Wizz’
  • Working to raise the profile of Financial Products with broader business stakeholders including Digital, Contact Centre, Retail, Portfolio, Legal, & Compliance.


What you can bring?

You are a highly organised individual with the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Your campaign management and digital marketing skills will be key to your success in this role.

You also have significant experience in working on omnichannel marketing campaigns and are tertiary qualified in Marketing (or similar).

You will have a performance mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

An understanding of creative best practice and a respect for brand guidelines will see you succeed in this role. Prior experience with A/B and multivariate testing is desirable but not essential.
