Home Support Services (HSS) which is part of the Medibank Enterprise, has been providing in-home healthcare services since 1989. We understand that Australians want more choice over where and when they receive care. Where clinically appropriate, our national home healthcare business, Home Support Services (HSS), offer people the flexibility of receiving healthcare and support services in alternative settings to hospitals, wherever they call ‘home’.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced project and technology leader to join our team as a Mar Tech Senior Manager a permanent basis. This role plays an important role in defining and implementing the enterprise Marketing Automation strategy while also building and managing a high-performance team of cross functional technical experts.   
 

As the customer platform SME, working across the Medibank, ahm and Amplar Health brands, this role works across the business with Technology, IT, Digital and other key stakeholders to implement and operationalise industry leading digital experiences and people capability. 
 

Key areas of focus for this role include:

  • Customer Platform Integration and Governance
  • Marketing Enablement
  • Digital capability delivery  
     

About You

You will be a true change champion with previous experience in the management, implementation and integration of Customer Experience and data management platforms across – ideally as a project lead or senior project team member. Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential.  

 

Experience in leading and motivating multi-disciplinary technical delivery teams with a track record in people change and upskill initiatives would be highly regarded.


To be successful in the role, you will need to be a motivated and organised with a passion for strategy development and delivery. A track record in successfully negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders across large, complex organisations and managing budgets and resources is critical.

 

Relevant certifications with Salesforce and/or Adobe suite of products would be desirable but not essential.
