The role:

 

As Management Insights and Reporting Manager you will bring health to the forefront by supporting the growth in health programs delivered to Medibank customers.

 

Your impact:

 

  • Present complex information to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Develop solutions that allow for automation of processes, centralisation of data and key documents and drive overall process improvement
  • Develop & maintain strategic dashboards and packages in a timely manner.
  • Extract, interrogate and analyse data to support business decision making.
  • Create new reporting models which combine and summarise data from multiple sources using Excel and other reporting tools.

 

Your strengths and experience:

 

You have extensive management information or reporting experience within health or financial services and have exceptional problem-solving skills. As you will advise on strategy, messaging, and execution, having the refined ability to interpret data and present results persuasively will be critical to your success. You will also have:

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and drive solutions-based change processes
  • Demonstrated high degree of numeracy and analytical thinking.
  • Experience of using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), preferably in the context of spreadsheet automation.
  • SQL and Python coding experience – desirable

 

Your qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a MI analyst or business analyst role
