Translating best practice risk frameworks into practical, Medibank relevant learning experiences and tools that embed risk in day-to-day rituals and decision making.
-
Identifying learning needs through regulatory/audit insights and setting clear evaluation measures to evidence ROI and benefits realisation.
-
Facilitating targeted capability sessions that build risk literacy, curiosity and leadership accountability across hubs and squads.
-
Uplifting reporting and program efficiency through structured planning, experimentation and continuous improvement in how learning is delivered and sustained.
-
Partnering with cross functional leaders to influence outcomes and create advocates for learning that advance Medibank’s ambition to be a leader in risk management.
About you
You bring strong learning design and stakeholder engagement capability within regulated or complex environments, with the ability to turn risk concepts into simple, actionable learning. Other key attributes include:
-
Demonstrated experience (5+ years preferred) in instructional design and learning project delivery, ideally focused on risk & compliance in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.

Proven partnership with Enterprise Risk or equivalent to build capability programs; familiarity with regulatory contexts (e.g., APRA) and accountability frameworks (e.g., FAR).
-
Strong skills in stakeholder influence, communication and facilitation across senior leaders and cross functional teams.
