About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy, creative leader with a passion for digital innovation? Join us as a Lead Digital Product Manager and play a key role in shaping Medibank’s digital experience for our Overseas Business. You’ll work with a dynamic team of product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders to create digital solutions that not only drive business growth but also improve customer experiences. If you’re all about pushing boundaries and making a real impact, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Own and Drive the Digital Strategy: Partner with the Overseas Growth Squad Lead to create and lead the digital product roadmap that aligns with our vision and customer goals.
• Lead Product Discovery & Innovation: Lead product discovery activities, working with cross-functional teams to shape digital solutions that are user-first and business-driven.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing discovery work with delivery-focused tasks, such as bug fixes and tech debt remediation. Facilitate regular backlog grooming sessions to ensure the team’s work remains aligned with priorities.
• Measure & Improve Performance: Track and analyze digital product performance, providing regular updates on KPIs and making data-driven decisions to optimize and evolve our offerings.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of products while maintaining transparency and alignment across teams.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Champion customer insights, using them to inform product decisions and create meaningful, impactful features.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced problem solver and thought leader.
• 4+ years of experience leading digital products in a cross-functional, agile environment.
• Strong experience in product discovery, backlog management, and customer validation.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to bring ideas to life.
• A growth mindset, always eager to experiment with new techniques and push the envelope on innovation.
