The role:

The Lead Analyst - C&P tribe is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations relating to Customer & Proposition Tribe.


Your impact:

  • Develop monitoring capabilities based on Customer & Proposition Tribe’s requirements
  • Assist Tribe Lead identifying and monitoring emerging trends and providing insights and reasons
  • Support members in the tribe community relating to their analytics needs where suits
  • Act as an analytics SME in different projects at C&P and Medibank level


Your strengths and experience:

You have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar analyst role, with honed technical skills in coding, data transformation and data visualisation tools. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to undertake data and statistical analysis using relevant tools (SAS, Python or R)
  • Experience in SQL and data transformation
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience in building statistics models
  • Experience in web analytics and web application development would be a bonus


Your qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualified in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or similar related discipline.
