The Opportunity 

The key purpose of the Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner is to deliver best in class programs of work through strong knowledge of the business area and expertise in OD solutions. You will partner with PC&S (including Business Partners and PC&S COEs) to identify, prioritise and operationalise OD initiatives. Change management experience is essential. 

 

Some responsibilities include: 

  • Partnering with stakeholders across the People, Culture & Sustainability team to identify, prioritise, develop and operationalise organisational development initiatives. 
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in your business unit and building a strong working knowledge of the client group. 
  • Support the development of People Plans and execution of strategic people initiatives 
  • Executing and operationalising key OD & Capability initiatives, in collaboration with the PC&S Business Partner. 

  

About You 

You will have exceptional stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills, with demonstrated experience executing OD & Capability initiatives within a similar corporate environment. We’re a collaborative, engaged, high performing team and we are looking for a candidate with the same mindset and who is driven to execute innovative solutions that impact our business. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. 

 

To be successful in the role, you will have: 

  • Significant experience in an organisational development and/or HR business partnering role in a medium to large organisation 
  • A background working in talent, capability, leadership, employee engagement and delivering culture change initiatives 
  • High level consulting skills, analysis and problem solving 
  • Able to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and be a trusted advisor 
  • Exceptional execution/planning and organising skills – we’re looking for a candidate who thinks ahead and plans contingency approaches for possible roadblocks 
  • Strong writing and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously, take accountability and be solution-focussed 
  • Demonstrated experience with project development / program management of Organisational Development initiatives
