About our homecare services

Our Homecare Services are committed to providing innovative programs which enable individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with referrers, healthcare professionals and clients to facilitate seamless service delivery across all homecare programs.

 

The opportunity

 

This position is primarily responsible for managing and optimising existing relationships with referrers as well as identifying new referrers and referral pathways to support growth across our Rehab In The Home (RITH) and Hospital In The Home (HITH) services.

 

As the Hospital Relationship Manager, you will have a hunger and passion for building business, strong relationships, and will be accountable for meeting set targets and growth objectives. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive referrals into our Homecare programs.

 

You will drive value and long-term success through strategic planning, tactical execution, contract management and issue resolution.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business development – lead generation, utilising data-led insights, negotiate with hospitals and providers, leverage market information and manage client relationships
  • People Leadership – lead your direct reports to achieve KPIs and targets, assist with pipeline management and resolutions
  • Stakeholder management – liaise and foster strong relationships with Directors, Senior Management, Surgeons, Allied Health professionals (AH), Nurses, Discharge Planners (DCP) and Case Coordinators.
  • Operational excellence – champion a culture of continuous quality improvement, leading the development of an improved Hospital Liaison model.

 

Your impact

 

With qualifications gained and current registration as a Nurse or Allied Health Professional, you have experience in healthcare managing relationships, stakeholders, providers, and services.

 

An effective communicator and presenter, you demonstrate business, strategic and commercial acumen with experience managing complex customer relationships, key accounts, and dealing with commercial issues and program-based services.

 

With sound experience effectively leading and coaching a team to reach targets, you will develop strategies and new ways of working to adapt to the ever-changing effects of COVID-19 in the hospital setting and creatively working towards solutions.  

 

Experience in health provider services and or NDIS will be highly regarded.
