As our Health Insights and Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge healthcare initiatives that improve affordability, quality, and customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of new models of care, provider networks, and funding strategies.
• Dive deep into data to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to co-create innovative healthcare solutions.
• Manage cross-functional projects that deliver real impact for our customers.
• Champion value-based healthcare and contribute to policy reform advocacy.

What you bring:

• Clinical qualifications (e.g. nursing, allied health) + business acumen (commerce, economics, finance, etc.).
• Experience in clinical settings and strategic roles within healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a difference.
