At Medibank, we're passionate about creating better health outcomes for our customers and communities. We're looking for a Health Governance & Strategy Manager to join our Health Advisory Squad and play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, supporting quality improvement initiatives and helping our business navigate complex health-related risks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced health professional who enjoys working at the intersection of governance, strategy, operations and healthcare quality.

In this role, you'll partner with teams across Medibank to support clinical governance activities, manage health-related risks and incidents, contribute to provider quality reviews, and help embed practical governance frameworks across our health operations and provider networks. You'll also work closely with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support key strategic initiatives.

About You

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused health professional who can translate governance frameworks into practical outcomes. You bring experience in clinical governance, quality, safety or risk management and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• A relevant health qualification and current AHPRA registration
• Experience in clinical governance, healthcare quality, patient safety or risk management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to identify risks, solve problems and drive improvements
• A passion for improving healthcare quality, safety and value
