About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance Partner to join the team. Leveraging the Commercial Finance Operating Model, this role is pivotal in delivering superior financial and managerial advice to Hub Leads and their respective hubs within the Customer Group.
You will play a key role in supporting Private health insurance hubs to achieve class-leading financial management, driving efficiencies and ensuring transparency, visibility, and control across all operations. This position is integral to maximising investment value and aligning financial performance with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide insightful financial management and commercial advice to Hub Leads and stakeholders.

Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, BAU reporting, and performance insights to maintain financial integrity.

Support strategic decision-making through value-add commercial insights and contribute to Group Squad and Customer Group reporting.

Build and manage strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance Operating Units, including:

Financial Control

Strategy

Centre of Excellence

Commercial Excellence

Act as a key contributor to the Commercial Finance Leadership Team, influencing outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
What You Bring
-
CA/CPA qualified with over 10 years’ experience in senior management accounting roles, ideally within financial services.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build strong relationships with senior executives.

Expertise in project management, problem-solving, and overcoming implementation barriers.

Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and seasoned business judgment.

Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and supporting change programs.

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, synthesizing complex business outcomes.

Highly disciplined, achievement-oriented, and committed to confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple divisions and build lateral partnerships.

Strategic thinker with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
