We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR People Partner to join Amplar Health in a permanent full-time role. This position offers flexible working arrangements in a hybrid work environment.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with multiple Hub Leads and senior executives to deliver strategic people initiatives and effective day-to-day people outcomes across the Amplar Health portfolio.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll help enable business strategy through practical, people-focused solutions that enhance both employee and customer experiences. You’ll support leaders in navigating complex workforce challenges, building capability, strengthening engagement, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a highly influential role where you’ll coach and support leadership teams, influence outcomes, and constructively challenge thinking to deliver on people strategies and broader business objectives. You’ll also act as a transformation partner, supporting cultural change and helping shape the future of our organisation in line with our 2030 vision.
About You
You’re a collaborative and strategic HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You bring:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a complex or regulated environment
- Strong capability across employee relations, organisational change, leadership coaching, and strategic workforce planning
- Confidence building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes at all levels
- The ability to coach leaders through complex people and change challenges
- A proactive, commercially minded and future-focused approach to HR partnering
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support leaders through sensitive or complex workforce matters
- A commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety, diversity, inclusion and flexible ways of working
Experience in healthcare will be highly regarded, particularly knowledge of industrial instruments and workforce planning within the sector.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (degree preferred)
- Postgraduate qualifications will be well regarded
- Experience in HR partnering within healthcare or a regulated services environment
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employee relations frameworks and people policies
- Demonstrated ability to use data, insights and commercial thinking to inform people strategies and decisions
