Are you a passionate engineering leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering impactful digital solutions? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive technical excellence across our digital platforms.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll combine people leadership with hands-on technical guidance, helping teams deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
Drive recruitment, performance management, mentoring and career development.

Provide technical leadership across software design, development, testing and deployment.

Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation and quality engineering.

Support the stability, availability and continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation across engineering teams.

About You:

Essential Experience

Extensive experience leading software design, development and delivery initiatives.

Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing engineers.

Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe).

Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture patterns and delivery practices.

Solid experience with:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

ReactJS, including SSR and CSR architecture patterns

RESTful APIs and microservices

Git, Jira and Confluence

CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Jenkins

Trunk-Based Development and GitFlow

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Nice to Have

AWS

Java, Spring Boot and JMS

Experience leading distributed or geographically diverse teams
