- Contribute to the governance and day‑to‑day support of Power Platform and SharePoint Online, helping keep platforms reliable and easy to use
Key strengths include:
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical capability, curiosity and collaboration.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook) and how people use them day to day
- Ability to analyse data and spot patterns, particularly using ServiceNow reporting and Microsoft 365 usage insights
- Experience working in evergreen technology environments, adapting to frequent change and new releases
- Confidence explaining technical concepts in clear, plain language to different audiences
- A practical, people‑first approach to adoption, enablement and change
