We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital team on a 6‑month contract, helping deliver meaningful growth through optimising the purchase journey for our health insurance customers. 

The opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager - Digital, you’ll take ownership of key growth-focused initiatives - solving customer pain points, shaping features, and working closely with a delivery team to achieve speed to value. 

You’ll be comfortable balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and delivery realities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and prioritise growth-focused initiatives on the digital product roadmap
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product outcomes for delivery squads
• Work closely with developers, UX designers and stakeholders across ahm and Medibank
• Use data, customer insights and market trends to guide product decisions
• Actively drive test-and-learn experiments and continuous improvement
• Communicate progress, priorities and success measures clearly and often

What you’ll bring

• Experience working on digital products - ideally customer-facing websites or apps
• Background in experimentation and optimising conversion
• Strong product-thinking mindset with a bias for delivery
• Confidence working in agile environments (stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospectives)
• Experience collaborating with UX, engineering and business stakeholders
• Curiosity, pragmatism and a genuine focus on customer outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team setting
