We have an exciting new role at Amplar Health!! We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Coordinator who will play a key role supporting our customer success lifecycle. In this full-time permanent role, you will help prepare meetings, insights, proposals, reporting, and contract administration to keep our team organised and set up for success.

 

What you’ll do

  • Support meeting prep, agendas, briefs, and follow‑up actions
  • Maintain documentation, activity logs, and Salesforce updates
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and market research
  • Prepare insights packs, slide decks, and briefing notes
  • Coordinate proposal and tender inputs across teams
  • Assist with reporting packs, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Support contract governance, milestones, and version control

 

What you’ll bring

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Documentation, reporting and organisational skills
  • Experience in proposals, operations, or contract admin welcomed
  • Experience supporting coordination and research with analytical capability
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience desirable
