The Opportunity

 

To allow us to put our customers first and provide them with the best level of customer service during a particularly busy period, , we are looking for customer focused individuals who are interested in a full time casual role starting on the 21st of October, through until the end of December, at our award winning office in Docklands. You will be working full time, rostered between 8am and 8pm Monday – Friday on a rotating roster. As a part of our Customer Service Team you will help us to deliver outstanding customer service to our existing customers. Working within a collaborative team environment, your role is to provide support, advice, answers and value to our customers in relation to their health insurance.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Providing best-in-class service that exceeds customer satisfaction as measured through our customer satisfaction surveys
  • Ensuring our customers feel valued and supported at every interaction

 

About You

 

You will be passionate about making a difference to our customers’ health and lives and be obsessed with providing the best level of service possible. You will have a positive, compassionate and friendly phone manner, strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems. You will have a performance driven mindset and strive to exceed targets as well as the ability to adapt to dynamic environment. You must also be willing to embark on a self-paced online learning induction training, where you join a team from your very first day.
