The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Lead – Digital Enablement (initially on a 6-month contract) to drive the digital evolution of our Customer Health Navigation (CHN) program. This is your chance to shape how Australians engage with their health—through intuitive, data-driven digital experiences that make care accessible, seamless, and personal.

What You’ll Do

Set the Vision: Define and lead the digital experience roadmap for Amplar Health, focusing on e-commerce growth and customer health engagement.

Lead the Lifecycle: From ideation to optimization, you’ll oversee every stage of product development.

Design for People: Apply CX and UX design thinking and Agile methodologies to create experiences that are simple, inclusive, and compliant.

Harness Data: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on insights and feedback.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, marketing, operations, compliance, and clinical experts to deliver integrated solutions.

Stay Compliant: Ensure privacy, consent, and governance standards are embedded in everything we do.

What You Bring

Experience: 5–7 years in digital product management, including 3+ years in e-commerce/digital marketplace and healthcare or regulated industries.

Skills: Strategic thinking, technical know-how, UX/CX expertise, and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira.

Mindset: Customer-first, collaborative, data-driven, and commercially savvy.

Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, digital health technologies, and compliance requirements.
