In this role, you’ll manage and develop a strategic corporate portfolio while supporting businesses to access Medibank’s broader health and wellbeing solutions. 

 

Key details 

  • Role type: 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential to become permanent 

  • Incentives: Quarterly performance‑based incentive program 

  • Location: Melbourne, flexible hybrid working 

 

How you’ll make a difference 

This role is commercially impactful and meaningful—helping organisations support the health and wellbeing of their people while contributing to Medibank’s broader health strategy.  


You'll shape Medibank’s corporate partnerships by retaining and growing strategic accounts and identifying new enterprise opportunities. 

 

Your day‑to‑day 

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients through strong relationship building. 

  • Creating and delivering a territory sales plan. 

  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities. 

  • Preparing proposals and tender responses. 

  • Collaborating with Health & Wellbeing teams to deliver integrated solutions. 

  • Building relationships with senior executives and decision‑makers. 

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you… 

  • Bring proven 2+ years B2B sales experience in a corporate, relationship‑driven environment. 

  • Have experience growing and retaining key accounts. 

  • Communicate clearly and influence effectively at senior levels. 

  • Enjoy consultative selling and uncovering client needs. 

  • Think strategically with a commercial and creative mindset, adapting engagement and messaging to suit diverse client groups. 

  • Confidently use data insights to guide decisions and support effective strategy execution. 

  • Are organised and adaptable with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail. 

  • Are comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
