The role:


As the Corporate Activation Lead, you’ll utilise your communication and influencing skills with your Sales and Event Management experience to ensure all Medibank’s Corporate Activation Events are consistent, well-planned, and successful.


Your impact:


  • Maximise opportunities from Corporate Activation Events by successfully meeting lead generation and sales conversion targets.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Sales team and Retail Centre Managers for forecasting, planning, budget and targets.
  • A key part of this role is relationship management as you’ll work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate collateral and product offerings are available for Corporate Activation Events.
  • You will ensure accurate reporting from Events including generated leads, onsite bookings and sales conversions to Corporate and Retail teams.
  • You will also ensure post Corporate Event reviews are conducted and improvements are implemented.


Your strengths and experience:


You’re a natural collaborator, have a high level of energy and strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate and influence people. You will also have:


  • Advanced level of competency in event management and delivery (face to face and virtual).
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent organisation skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and you’re motivated by results.
