The role:

As a Corporate Account Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to Medibank’s Corporate clients and their representatives.

This newly created role will play a key part in Medibank’s Operations team and has a critical impact on Medibank’s Corporate clients and customers.


Where you can add value


You will engage with Medibank’s Corporate client’s and create positive experiences by assisting them and their representatives with:

  • Accurate and timely invoicing-Precise payment processing
  • Effective management of groups and policy issues
  • Providing first contact resolution to email and phone inquiries. 
  • Responding to issues or complaints with empathy and urgency


You will provide a high level of customer service to Medibank’s external and internal stakeholders and clients with the desire to provide a seamless experience with each interaction along the way.


You will identify areas that need uplift and you will work closely with your team and people leader to improve our processes in order to create a better experience for our customers.


About you 

  • You are a customer-oriented individual that appreciates the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines. You are passionate about customer satisfaction and believe strongly in continuous improvement.
  • You have previously worked as an Account Payable and Account Receivable in a faced-paced environment. 
  • You have an understanding of financial processes and accounting, enabling you to produce and process invoices effectively and easily identify any anomalies that need investigating.
  • You display an exceptional amount of accountability, own things from beginning to end, and constantly work to improve what you do.
  • You are a team player, you share ideas, you provide and take feedback onboard and you’re keen to improve your customer service skills and understanding of Corporate processes.
  • You are a great communicator, both verbally and written, you appreciate our clients and go out of your way to communicate with them in the most efficient ways possible.


This role can be based from our Melbourne head office as well as our Brisbane head office.
