The Opportunity

In this role you will support Medibank’s and ahm’s commercial relationships with Medical Specialists & Homecare provider networks including Medibank’s subsidiary Home Specialist Services (HSS),  where you will drive the end to end process of creating and executing contracts, as well as the relevant stakeholder management.

 

You will impact by

 

  • Administering specialist contracts as they relate to ‘No Gap Network’, gap cover, other ways that Medibank may contract with specialists.

  • Working with Contract managers to identify key contract deliverables and monitor performance to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with contract obligations.

  • Providing regular reporting internally on homecare and specialist network information and performance. This may require working with teams to develop data dashboards on homecare and specialist networks.

  • Working with the operations team to understand specialist processes and identify improvement opportunities.

 

About you

 

You bring previous contract administration ability and/or experience, preferably within a healthcare environment. Your approach to work is proactive and highly organised, you are confident in your ability to manage competing priorities and a large number of open items. You enjoy identifying issues and proactively considering how to remediate them.

A natural communicator, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and build relationships quickly.

Excellent knowledge or experience with CRM software Eg SalesForce.com
