We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven operator to join our Thrive Hub as a Health Navigation Configuration Specialist on a 12‑month secondment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless, intuitive health experiences by configuring and optimising in app content within the My Medibank App, working closely with Product, Design and Marketing teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the end-to-end delivery of in‑app content from design handover to live experience

• Configure, publish and maintain content within our digital health platform
• Take initiative to identify gaps, friction points and opportunities to improve journeys
• Own content updates, QA and release processes across written, visual and multimedia content
• Proactively shape content structure and navigation to improve usability and engagement
• Work closely with Product, Design and Marketing to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively to deliver best‑in‑class experiences
• Own governance, tooling standards and contribute to evolving our ways of working across the platform

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing or producing content in a digital product or app environment (CMS or app platforms)
• Strong attention to detail with confident copy editing and content hygiene skills
• Comfort working with Figma designs and collaborating with designers
• An understanding of UX principles and how content supports customer experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with content management platforms such as AEM or similar is desirable
