The Opportunity - Initial 6 month contract 

As part of our digital transformation, we’re modernising how we manage and store data—moving from fragmented legacy systems to a secure, cloud-based environment that supports collaboration, visibility, and scalability. We’re seeking a confident and technically fluent Change Manager to support the Delivery Manager and end users through a major data migration initiative. Over time, Medibank has accumulated unstructured data across multiple file servers, creating challenges in access, classification, and monitoring. This role will help lead the transition to modern cloud solutions including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure Files.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Delivery Manager to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and the business—translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies to support end users through the transition.
• Drive awareness and adoption of new tools and practices, including:
• OneDrive and SharePoint for individual and team file storage, with seamless Office 365 integration.
• Version Control and Document Management using SharePoint’s advanced features.
• Azure Files for scalable, secure storage with Entra ID integration and lifecycle management policies.
• Develop and deliver training and communications that empower users to work confidently in the new environment.

About You
You have worked on data, data governance and or data migration projects, and have the ability to engage confidently in technical discussions and then translate those insights into practical, business-friendly language. You’re comfortable working with cloud technologies and understand the value of structured data management.

You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, able to work across technical and non-technical teams to ensure everyone is aligned and supported. You’re proactive, people-focused, and passionate about making change feel clear, manageable, and empowering.
