The role:


We are on the look-out for an experienced Campaign Specialist who can take responsibility for the development and implementation of day-to-day Member Engagement marketing initiatives, focusing on Medibank’s Loyalty proposition – Live Better rewards.


Utilising your previous campaign management background and innovative nature, you will develop new campaign ideas and initiatives. This exciting opportunity is underpinned by deep customer insights backed by extensive primary and secondary research, industry insights, product knowledge and data.


Important elements of this role include:


  • Managing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the performance Squad, including DM, digital assets, collateral and promotions.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of new and BAU campaigns to meet the key metrics of the Live Better Performance Squad
  • Working in collaboration with our Loyalty, Performance, Audience, Channels and Automation teams to identify, prioritise, and implement opportunities to drive engagement.
  • Utilise key insights and analysis to optimise existing campaigns and develop new communications/campaign ideas to drive engagement and retention of Live Better rewards members.
  • Ensuring all activity is measurable and targets are clearly communicated prior to execution.
  • Delivering against key performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of initiatives.


 Your strengths and experience:


You are a go getter and natural relationship builder and thrive in high performing marketing and sales environments.


You are analytical and your problem-solving ability is one of your strengths, you use relevant data to provide insight and drive performance. Drawn from previous experience working in dynamic, fast growing environments you are highly organised and comfortable wearing many hats.


Other requirements include: 


  • You ideally have experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver both highly targeted ad-hoc, triggered campaigns and journeys.
  • In your previous role you’ve had a focus on customer journey’s across multiple segments.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to create a compelling message
