We're looking for a CIAM Analyst to join our Customer Identity and Access Management team, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery squads and CIAM engineers.
You'll own the CIAM backlog, drive requirements and prioritisation, coordinate delivery across multiple teams, and help ensure our identity platforms deliver secure and seamless experiences for customers.

What You'll Do

•    Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
•    Own and prioritise the CIAM backlog across BAU, migration and project initiatives
•    Act as a Product Owner proxy, supporting sprint planning and delivery readiness
•    Coordinate dependencies across squads, platforms and stakeholders
•    Perform impact assessments for new initiatives and platform changes
•    Manage intake and triage of CIAM incidents, requests and operational demand
•    Support testing, UAT, release planning and documentation

What You'll Bring

•    5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner or Platform Analyst within Agile environments 
•    Strong experience in backlog management, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement 
•    Experience with Auth0, Okta or other CIAM platforms
•    Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple squads and complex platforms 
•    Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and facilitating workshops 
•    Understanding of customer identity and authentication concepts, including: 
•    OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML
•    SSO, MFA, Federation
•    APIs and token-based security models
•    Experience working with JIRA and Confluence 
•    Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and organisational skills 
•    Ability to balace BAU support, platform enhancements and strategic initiatives

Nice to Have

•    Exposure to identity transformation or migration programs
•    Experience in regulated industries such as health, insurance or banking
•    Understanding of incident, problem and change management
•    Experience supporting identity, authentication or digital customer platforms
