About the role


We are looking for a Broker Account Manager to join our team!

The Broker market is a strategic growth opportunity for Medibank with a strong focus on winning subsidised clients at the Mid-Tier sector from our competitors and being the natural choice for Australian Employees implementing a partially funded allowance program to their employees.

In this role you will provide sales and operational support for the Broker Relationship Manager along with managing subsidised accounts to deliver Subsidised and Voluntary PHI Programs to Medibank. 


Your Impact


  • Sales and operational support, including presentation preparation, supporting with operational tasks such as member reports and general enquiries

  • Business Development, including working closely with the Broker Relationship Manager to close subsidised deals, lead generation and establishing a pipeline to meet and exceed targets

  • Relationship management, work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Platinum team to create the best customer experiences


About you


We are looking for high energy candidates with a self-starter attitude and a great eye for detail. You will have strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, and are driven by results. You are confident in your ability to build and manage internal stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.


You will have advanced skills across the Microsoft office suite.
