The Opportunity 

As an AI Transformation Standards Lead, you’ll help define how Medibank delivers large-scale AI-enabled workflow transformation.  

You’ll design and continuously improve the repeatable AI transformation model used by AI Hub delivery teams. This includes the stages each workflow moves through, the gates it must pass, the evidence required, the artefacts teams produce and the quality standards applied from discovery through to adoption and value realisation. 

You will work alongside teams on live transformations to make the method usable, check that it is being applied robustly and strengthen it using evidence from delivery. 

The role is grounded in live delivery, strengthening the quality, consistency and repeatability of workflow transformation across every domain. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating clarity, simplifying complexity and helping others deliver change successfully. 

What you'll be doing 

• Owning the end-to-end delivery method for AI-enabled workflow transformation. 

• Defining the stages, gates, entry and exit criteria, required evidence and core artefacts for each transformation. 

• Setting practical quality standards for workflow discovery, design, build, implementation, adoption and value realisation. 

• Creating the playbooks, templates, tools and examples that teams use in live delivery. 

• Working directly with AI Hub delivery teams to apply the method to their workflow transformations. 

• Reviewing evidence at key gates and challenging teams where requirements have not been met. 

• Integrating product, technology, data, risk, change and value requirements into one usable delivery model. 

• Using lessons from live work to remove friction, close gaps and make the model more repeatable at scale. 

About you 

You're a hands-on transformation practitioner who knows how good delivery works in practice. You can turn complex requirements into a clear method, engage credibly with delivery teams and hold the line on quality without creating unnecessary process. 

You'll bring: 

• Experience designing, applying or improving delivery methods for complex transformation programs. 

• Strong knowledge of stage gates, delivery evidence, workflow redesign, implementation and adoption. 

• Experience creating practical playbooks, templates, standards and quality controls. 

• The confidence to review work, identify gaps and challenge delivery teams constructively. 

• The ability to bring business, product, technology, data, risk, change and value needs into one coherent method. 

• Strong facilitation, coaching and continuous improvement skills. 

• Experience with AI-enabled workflow transformation will be highly regarded.
