The Opportunity


This is an exciting time of growth for us in Healthstrong, and a great opportunity for you to join us in enabling more of our clients to receive quality care in their own home by providing physiotherapy services within Brisbane Metro area- Queensland


We are currently able to offer both full time and part time positions, providing flexibility for those that might be studying part time, individuals looking for a better work life balance, or those interested in something a little different.

This role will provide you an opportunity to develop and build, your post-operative clinical skills by providing rehabilitation in the home for patients, post joint replacement surgery. This role will also give you the opportunity to enhance your skills in exercise prescription, short- and long-term functional restoration, falls prevention and general musculoskeletal through the variety of clients we see referred into our service. 


Your objective will be providing high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to help our clients achieve their goals.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of a large multidisciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, dieticians and exercise physiologist, focused on the care and support of patients across our community.   


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing clinical care to your clients with a view to maximising their functional capacity, achieving their goals, and optimising their health, function and independence long term.
  • Delivering services effectively and efficiently in partnership with our scheduling team.
  • You will also be flexible, adjusting your approach to meet our business and customer demands where necessary.
  • Ensuring our clients and customers receive an exceptional experience through the great clinical care you provide. You will build and maintain positive relationships with your clients and our customers.
  • Ensuring delivery of services according to the requirements of our funders, referrers, hospital and/or specialists, as set out within our processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team, supporting each other to deliver a high level of quality clinical care to our clients.

About You


As a passionate Physiotherapist, you are committed to providing best practice care to ensure our clients wellbeing.  You will love being on the road each day, providing care in client’s homes autonomously. You will demonstrate your ability to build relationships across all aspects of your role and make professional contributions to a multidisciplinary environment, all while furthering your own professional development.

You will also have:


  • Degree or Post Graduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
  • At least 12 months relevant experience
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Fully Covid/Flu Vaccinated
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
