The Opportunity


Are you an energetic and friendly person? Do you find it easy to talk to people? Are you naturally upbeat and positive? We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a local Business Development focus to join our Cheltenham team to be our very first on field sales representative. The role will be responsible for growing our membership portfolios and uncovering new opportunities whilst maintaining existing members in the local designated geographic area.

This exciting sales opportunity will be a mix of mobile and self-generate business through several lead-generation channels including partnerships, members choice providers, referrers, self-generated corporate business, migration agents, local area marketing, and SME (small to medium enterprise) as well as servicing our existing members in the Cheltenham store when required.

Where you can add value:


  • Finding sales opportunities in each customer interaction by providing solutions to our customers’ needs;
  • Proactively seeking new business relationships while managing existing ones;
  • Organising and participating in promotional activities, including corporate activations and marketing campaigns hosted within the community at local shopping centres, community events and open days.
  • Effectively planning and executing consistent pipelines of self-generated BD (business development) activity for the local catchment, including sourcing, follow-up, presenting and activating opportunities.

This role is designed for those outstanding sales professionals who are eager to excel and are driven to exceed expectations. You will have a great attitude to new business generation, have a passion for speaking with prospective clients to understand their needs and a professional approach to selling. You will be driven to exceed sales targets and KPI’s through your ability to pursue opportunities and be willing to work through customer objections while developing strong relationships.

You’re a creative thinker and enjoy generating ideas and taking them through to implementation stage. You enjoy networking and building relationships and are confident presenting in front of large audiences and to a range of levels of seniority.For this role it will be essential to hold a driver license as you will be required to travel time to time.
