Senior Business Analyst - 6 month contract

The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture.  

Experience Required:

• Ability to co-ordinate and capture business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in mid- large corporate environments spanning multiple cross functional teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Infrastructure Information Technology Services Experience   
  • Knowledge of services including:
    • Infrastructure Services
    • End-User Computing (‘EUC’)
    • IT Service Management
    • Data Centre & Cloud
    • Software Asset Management (‘SAM’).
  • Provide insights and guidance on infrastructure technology services management frameworks, processes, and technologies.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) awareness.
• Experience in implementing regulatory and compliance processes and reporting - highly desirable
