The Opportunity  

As a mobile Allied Health clinician – Physiotherapist, you will be providing care to Australians wherever they call home, working across a wide range of clients in the community care setting. We work in a multidisciplinary team with allied health professionals and nursing staff to provide excellent care to our clients.  

This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional with the support of our senior clinicians.  

You will support clients via:  

Community: 

• Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home  

• Rehab in the home program: focusing on post orthopaedic surgery 

• Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries 

This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA registered. Ideally (but not essential) you will have a minimum 1 years’ experience in a community or Aged Care setting.  As a mobile Physiotherapist you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located in Perth metro and as such provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
