Our joint venture specialises in delivering acute hospital-level services to patients in their homes. In collaboration with funders, we develop cutting-edge programs powered by clinical expertise and technology, all designed to relieve health system pressures and enable greater access to healthcare
 

The Opportunity
 

As an Enrolled Nurse with My Home Hospital, you will be responsible for conducting point-of-care testing and providing general care in a variety of settings. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of My Home Hospital, including the pick-up and drop-off of our observation’s kits, as well as assisting in other operations as needed.

We are looking for experienced EN's to work Monday to Saturday 8am to 2:30pm. We are offering a fixed term contract till end of September 2025. Successful applicants will be offered a part time position with the security of 2-3 shifts a week and the ability to pick up more to cover leave etc.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

•    Conducting point-of-care testing in various locations
•    Providing general care to patients as required
•    Handling the pick-up and drop-off of observation kit
•    Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely testing
•    Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining clear records
•    Adhering to all protocols and guidelines for patient safety and confidentiality
 

Essential Requirements:
 

•    Enrolled Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience
•    Current driver's license 
•    Clearances required for healthcare service delivery
•    Proficiency in point-of-care testing procedures
•    Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
