Our joint venture specialises in delivering acute hospital-level services to patients in their homes. In collaboration with funders, we develop cutting-edge programs powered by clinical expertise and technology, all designed to relieve health system pressures and enable greater access to healthcare.

The role

As the CRM & Dynamics Lead you’ll be responsible for providing technical and integration expertise in the ongoing development and application support of the Dynamics 365 and associated systems. You will be hands-on with the system whilst engaged in leading and assisting in future solutions and improvements. 

This is an amazing opportunity to work across multiple CRM & Dynamics changes, enhancing the user experience and helping to modernise operations across the business. You will work with a range of people from program leads, business and functional users as well as senior stakeholders.  

This is a fixed-term contract until September 2025. 

The Responsibilities: 

•    Configure, develop and assist in the implementation changes of Dynamics 365 and other required systems.  
•    Assist with solution design for D365 by adopting industry best practices.
•    Contribute to the technical design and solution development across all phases of projects.
•    Supporting D365 CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard & workflow customizations and end-user guidance.
•    Leverage technical expertise to advise and implement D365 enhancements and updates.
•    Hands-on coding and code reviews of existing work performed.
•    Safeguard's consumer data and information against accidental or unauthorised access, modification, destruction, or disclosure, aligned with standards.
•    Identify and escalate risks or issues associated with code bases, design elements, schedules or other.
•    Oversee business processes and guide the design of documents and modification.
•    Continuously developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and related technologies within the CAHJV

About You

•    Previous demonstrated experience working with Dynamics 365, as well as implementation and support with D365.
•    Demonstrated experience designing and coding application modules and developing ERP according to specifications.
•    Solid understanding of D365 architecture and proficient in programming languages such as C#, .net, JavaScript and Power Platforms
•    Excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to explain complicated concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate functional specifications to technical specifications.
•    Any experience in Azure would be advantageous but not essential
•    Experience in the Health tech industry is beneficial but not essential
