About the Role
As a key member of our Overseas Specialist team, you’ll act as a trusted advocate for overseas students and our university and billing partners.
You’ll deliver end-to-end support across multiple channels, providing tailored advice, resolving enquiries, and identifying opportunities to improve both the member and billing agent experience.
You’ll also contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture where learning, feedback and continuous improvement are encouraged.
