Registered Nurse - Virtual acute care (nights)

Your opportunity 

Join this busy service, delivering patient centred virtual care to acute patients.

You will join a team making care more accessible. You will establish, monitor and coordinate patients' treatment plans, utilising virtual technology, in partnership with our home visiting provider team.

Use your clinical, people and communication skills to manage exceptional patient care, enhancing and promoting quality of life.

 
About you 

You can work across a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 10pm and 7am, on a part time (minimum 0.6 FTE). You will be excited to apply your clinical skills in a dynamic work environment, in addition to:

• Bringing 2-3 years acute hospital experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration  
• Experience in case management and care coordinator
• Proficient computer skills to enable fast and accurate data entry into patient electronic medical records.
• Experience working amongst a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates 
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
