We’re offering an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to relocate to beautiful Adelaide within our Transition Care Service.

An opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the amazing team, on a full time or part time (0.8 FTE as a minimum) basis.

 

This opportunity will provide you a chance to exercise your experience as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of needs in a new dynamic setting outside of the hospital, in addition to: 

  • Coordination and delivery of high-quality patient centred care within a multidisciplinary environment  
  • Work in a professionally simulating, rewarding environment that utilises innovative technology 
  • Respond confidently to clinical changes and other emergency situations 
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement 

 
About you 

You’ll enjoy a balanced 7-day rotating roster (mornings, afternoon and nights) offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance, within a supportive team environment.

  • Having at least eight months experience as a Registered Nurse  
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration  
  • Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates 
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain). 
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.  

 

Location 

This position is based in Adelaide, South Australia. *We’ll help to make your move easier, with up to $5000 in relocation support (*conditions apply).
