Operational Support Officer (In‑Office) – Adelaide Amplar Health Hub

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operational Support Officer (OSO) to join our Service Delivery Enablement team, based onsite at our Amplar Health Hub in Adelaide

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, organised, and central to creating a smooth, safe, and well‑run workplace environment.

What this role is all about

As an in‑office OSO, you’ll be the go‑to onsite support for the Adelaide office, ensuring our facilities, equipment, visitors, contractors, and day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly.

While your primary focus is in‑office responsibilities, you’ll also have opportunities to support broader administrative and operational tasks across the Hub.

You will:

  • Coordinate MyProperty work orders and monthly office walk‑throughs
  • Manage visitor access, contractor attendance, and access cards
  • Oversee inbound/outbound mail, Post Office runs, HOYA lenses and Iron Mountain archiving
  • Maintain stock rooms, office consumables, and workplace presentation
  • Manage equipment registers, asset tagging/testing, and field stock levels
  • Provide onsite support such as catering setup and ID badge printing
  • Assist with general admin tasks as needed to support Operational Support functions

Someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys helping others by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’re practical, adaptable, a clear communicator, and confident working across both onsite tasks and broader administrative responsibilities.
