We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR People Partner to join Amplar Health in a permanent full-time role. This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements; however, we're seeking someone based in Adelaide.

 

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives and practical day-to-day HR support across your client portfolio.

 

As a trusted advisor, you'll help enable business strategy through practical, people-focused solutions that enhance both employee and customer experiences. You'll support leaders in navigating complex workforce challenges, building leadership capability, strengthening engagement, managing employee relations matters and driving organisational change.

 

This is a highly influential role where you'll coach and support leaders, influence outcomes and deliver people strategies that improve business performance and the employee experience.

 

About You

You're a collaborative HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

 

You'll bring:

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a complex or regulated environment ( ideally within Health).
  • Strong capability across employee relations, organisational change, leadership coaching, workforce planning and case management.
  • Confidence building trusted relationships and influencing leaders at all levels.
  • A proactive, commercially minded and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive and complex people matters.
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, workplace wellbeing and continuous improvement.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Desired - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong industrial relations capability, with proven experience in interpreting awards and EAs, managing complex we/ir matters and advising leaders.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and commercial insights to inform people decisions.
  • Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
