After six successful months of delivering sub-acute health care in an alternative hospital environment at the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide, we are going up a level!
With this expansion we have brand new opportunities for ENs to join this amazing team on a full time or part time (0.6 FTE as a minimum) basis.

The Transition Care Service provides public hospital patients who no longer require acute care clinical care. They are able to rest and recover in this unique environment.

Joining a team at the forefront of care innovation, and delivering care in a cutting-edge transformative setting; you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, in addition to:
- Monitor patients progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team
- Maintain up to date documentation
- Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
- Support activities of daily living and administer medications
About you
You will be available to work full time or part time (0.6 FTE as a minimum), on a 7-day rotating rostering across morning, afternoon and night shift, passionate about patient centred care and excited to be a part of this innovative model of care, in addition to:
- Having at least one years’ experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Certification to dispense medication
- Experience in wound care management
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates
- High attention to detail with a patient focused approach
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
