Administration Officer - Transitional Care Service

Are you organised, compassionate, and energised by a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for Administration Officers to join our friendly and vibrant team across our Adelaide and Walkerville locations on a part-time basis (0.7-0.8 FTE).

As the welcoming face of our service, you'll play a key role in supporting exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy and care
• Coordinate appointments and transport services
• Respond to enquiries and liaise with patients and families
• Provide vital administrative support to clinical staff

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Brings a positive, patient-focused approach to their work

What makes you stand out? Recent administration experience, medical records knowledge, strong attention to detail, the ability to build rapport quickly, and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.
