Our Story
Home Support Services (HSS) is part of the Medibank Homecare division. We provide healthcare and wellbeing services nationally in alternative settings to hospitals, supporting people across the care continuum. We are now looking for an experienced Program Lead to join our Rehabilitation in the Home program on a permanent basis. 

Your Opportunity
As Program Team Lead, you will have oversight of the rehabilitation in the home program that provides care and services across a range of healthcare programs. This role is a key driver in ensuring that the services meet the operational targets set by the business and that they are a champion for overseeing high performing teams. 
As the key conduit to your delegated team you will inspire the team through ongoing strength-based performance monitoring and feedback, ensuring compliance and ongoing professional development of team members meeting both contractual and service requirements to the specific program that you oversee. A proactive communicator and clinical performer, you will naturally form strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring that your team is well informed of HSS goals, quality, safety and compliance. 

As the Program Team Lead you will;
•    Lead, support and advise your team regarding best practice operations 
•    Offer a high level of clinical and operational experience within a complex health environment
•    Ensure program objectives are met, in a timely and effective manner
•    Actively monitor & review program strategy, risks & compliance
•    Effectively establish and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders
•    Analyse clinical data and reports and champion process improvements

You will also;
•    Bring 5 years’ + experience as a qualified AHRPA registered health professional
•    Be able to lead, motivate and engage a diverse and fast-growing team
•    Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in our business
•    Offer a strong business acumen & be comfortable with compiling & analysing reports
•    Be process driven, enjoy working with data and championing process improvements
