The Opportunity
The Talent Engagement Partner (TE) Partner is responsible for executing the recruitment and induction processes as directed by Amplar Health Home Hospital’s Senior Leaders and Executives, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements. Reporting operationally to the Head of Human Resources, this role is focused on the delivery of exceptional end-to-end recruitment services.
A true partner role, the TE Partner will collaborate closely with Senior Leaders and Executives to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored recruitment and talent solutions that align with organisational goals and priorities.
The TE Partner will also stay informed about the talent market, providing leaders with regular updates and insights on trends, availability, and challenges to support informed decision-making. A service role designed to meet the needs of a multifaceted organisation, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment experience that is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and Amplar Health Home Hospital’s hiring managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively lead regular talent discussions with the relevant Amplar Health Home Hospital Senior leaders and Executives on recruitment, talent management and initiatives including succession planning, D&I
- Develop, implement, and maintain monthly reporting on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights, market analysis, competitor intelligence, and strategic recommendations to inform TE strategies and business decision-making
- Talent pipelining and proactively engaging candidates to pipeline for critical roles
- Establish external partnerships to expand access to diverse and emerging talent pools
- Design and deliver up-to-date, role-specific interview guides to support leaders in conducting effective, consistent, and compliant hiring processes
- Confidently leverage LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to proactively source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates to the service
- Represent the organisation at relavant expos and industry events to actively promote Amplar Health Home Hospital and attract top talent
- Processing offers and coordinating background checks including criminal records checks and references.
- Working in line with our Capability Framework to build the overall talent profile of the business.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organisation.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Medibank and external partners.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have recruitment experience within agency or an Inhouse talent team in a large/complex environment. You can maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and build and nurture positive and effective working relationships while providing the best candidate experience. You demonstrate good judgment and are proactive, flexible, and solutions-minded, with strong attention to detail and are exceptionally organised.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current talent market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Computer literate in MS Suite of products
