To add to our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced Health Liaison Officer to come and join us.
By combining your customer service expertise and skilled clinical experience, your purpose will be to help build My Home Hospital into the largest virtual hospital in Australia. This will be done in collaboration with various medical professionals and organisations. 

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Building relationships with hospitals, doctors, referring organisations and agencies to facilitate services to consumers/clients
•    Identify Business Development opportunities to grow My Home Hospital
•    Using your clinical expertise to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home for consumers
•    Managing compliance in line with relevant discipline and industry codes, competencies, standards, and acts
•    Assisting in the development and participation in programs, initiatives, and organisation of employees to achieve specific goals
•    Record and process clinical and administrative information in an accurate and timely manner
•    Participating in staff orientation, education, emergency procedure updates and appraisal programs

About you:

A qualified nurse, you will have excellent communication and people skills, and build relationships with ease. Your ability to problem solve efficiently and quickly enables you to reach tangible outcomes. Your empathetic caring and trustworthy nature has been developed from previous experience in a hospital/ community setting.

More about you: 

•    You will be a qualified nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
•    Passionate about health, you aim to provide care and respect all cultures
•    Your good eye for detail enables you to analyse clinical data, reports and process improvements
•    You bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult, engage and influence across diverse stakeholder groups
•    Strong technological ability and knowledge of patient management systems

Please note applicants will be required to work a variety of shifts based on a fortnightly roster Monday to Friday. This role can be offered as either part time or full time.
