Community nursing is fulfilling and every shift you feel like you are making a difference for someone. If you feel you have lost your 'spark' and want to get back to delivering personalised nursing care to your patients this could be the opportunity for you. 


We are recruiting Registered Nurses to join us to help provide these personalised services to clients within the comfort of their own home. Offering casual, part-time & full-time opportunities you will utilise your clinical knowledge & prior experience to assess patient and carer needs for education/and or support.
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will work autonomously within the community across a flexible 7-day roster, with no nightshifts.

What will set you apart from the rest?

In order to join this exciting venture as a Registered Nurse, there’s a few things we need from you:

•    Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
•    Working with children check/DCSI or equivalent
•    Current drivers licence & reliable vehicle 
•    2 Years’ recent acute experience & ability to spot client deterioration
•    Experience in PICC care/dressing/removal

•    Chronic wound care experience is a bonus as well as cannulation skills 
•    Basic IT skills/literacy
