In collaboration with funders, we develop cutting-edge programs powered by clinical expertise and technology, all designed to relieve health system pressures and enable greater access to healthcare.

The role

 

As the Dynamics Functional Lead you will play a critical role in providing functional capability in the ongoing developmnt and application support on Dynamics 365, Microsoft platforms and associated technologies. You will need to have hands on experience combined with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to lead and assist others to resolve problems.

This is a fixed-term contract until September 2025. 

The Responsibilities: 

 

  • Represent D365 CE function and influence D365 design decisions by adopting industry best practices.
  • Lead a small team of consultants who deliver business value using Agile ways of working.
  • Drive functional design workshops and demonstrations of technology with the senior stakeholders.
  • Act as single point of contact for all stakeholders, internal and external that range from end user to C-
  • suite.
  • Contribute to the functional design and solution development across all phases of projects.
  • Supporting D365 CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard & workflow customizations,
  • and end-user guidance.
  • Drive prioritisation on the backlog by working closely with the key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand requirements, developing solutions, preparing work specifications, estimating efforts
  • ensuring delivery of reviewed/executed work requests within timeframes.
  • Lead business process analysis, recommend improvements, and system enhancements to support the
  • change.
  • Draft training documentation and lead training sessions for users on the Dynamics 365 (CE)


About You
 

  • Minimum 7+ years of functional experience in Dynamics 365 CE environment with ideally at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Possess sound knowledge of the latest Power Platform and broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Hands on experience in configuring the CE functions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 OOTB functions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments leading User Story grooming and documentation sessions.
  • Act as a single point of contact for vendors, business users, QA, data teams and ensure smooth delivery.
