The Opportunity

Our people are at the heart of what we do and our Membership Consultants are the face of this change.  We require Overseas Student Membership Consultants to assist our Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Partners in servicing the needs of our customers, leading to positive choices around better health.

Join our highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated workforce who thrives on having fun, building relationships with our OSHC partners, specifically educational institutes, migration agents and other third party suppliers, by delivering an outstanding partner and customer experience every single time. This will be achieved by promptly making administrative changes to membership policies and personal details as well as processing claims, as requested.

About You

Potential future employees will display enthusiasm, energy and passion For Better Health, as well as an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while operating in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment. As a full time member of the Medibank team, you will assist our OSHC partners with enquiries, the processing of claims and telephone support.

To be successful in this role, you will need a demonstrated ability to excel in a high volume, service based environment, whilst maintaining exemplary levels of customer service and displaying an eye for detail and process improvement.
