As our Sales Support within Medibank’s corporate portfolio, you will support key sales administration tasks for the team. Sales Support plays a crucial role in the team as you will be accountable for the day to day support for the regional sales and commercial teams in delivering exceptional service to new and existing corporate clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and delivering customer engagement plans;
- Customer database ownership and management of non-managed customer campaigns;
- Provision of timely and accurate sales reporting;
- Analysis and management of reporting outcomes;
- Effective coordination and communication of sales activity;
- Approve all marketing material and advertised discounts on behalf of the Corporate Portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a fast paced, customer centric, sales team administration environment. Excellent written and verbal communication experience will go hand in hand with your organisation and interpersonal skills.
You will be proactive, driven and motivated to achieve your own goals and supporting a team to achieve theirs. You’ll be accustomed to managing the flow of information through a CRM and take great pride in your attention to detail.
