As our Business Development Manager you will have responsibility for generating, managing, and executing complex and high-value corporate partnership deals while also identifying best-in-class partnerships for Health and Wellness.
You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow and retain existing top-tier clients and memberships across Australia by implementing advanced relationship base sales methodology in addition to major account sales strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Target and establishing new high-value business opportunities;
- Directly manage a high profile sales pipeline acting as the conduit for future business development opportunities and revenue flow;
- Support the Corporate Sales Leadership Team by identifying and enlisting specific team support to work towards winning new key accounts;
- Increase top tier customer value and longevity by supporting Health & Wellbeing relationship development and working in close partnership with the Health & Wellbeing Sales Team on all deals.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a business to business relationship based sales environment with proven success in managing a major account sales strategy.
You contain a deep understanding and passion for relationship management and its importance, while also driving new business development. Strong relationship management, selling and your interpersonal skills will enable you to develop and leverage multiple relationships to effectively network a client organisation in order to drive organic sales.
