The Opportunity

As the Delivery Specialist, you will manage and optimise the member value proposition in line with Medibank’s Loyalty strategy.

This role will support the Proposition Development Manager to implement offerings that increase Medibank member value across core audience segments. This will encompass Products, Content & Offers with a primary focus on delivery through strategically aligned Partnerships.

Key requirements of the role include stakeholder management (internal and external), reporting & analysis, identification of key insights, optimisation recommendations and the ability to project manage delivery requirements.

Strong communication, project management and attention to detail are key to this role, working with both partners and internal stakeholders to both implement and optimise activity plans to deliver core business objectives. These include, but aren’t limited to; offer redemption, alignment to partner objectives, member value perception (lapse reduction), member experience (NPS) and commercial revenue (where relevant).

This role will have a strong consumer first approach, working cross-functionally with Product, Member Engagement, Group Strategy, Analytics, Clinical, Digital, Brand & Marketing and Frontline to ensure successful delivery and effective execution.

You are passionate about health & wellness and excited about helping others achieve their very best health outcomes.  You bring a positive attitude to your work and can see an opportunity when presented with an issue.  You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where finding mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties is highly valued.

You will have strong experience developing and managing third party relationships/partnerships and developing activity based on consumer insight. You will also have experience overseeing partner activity to ensure delivery of supplies on time, on brand, on strategy and on budget.

Other key responsibilities include;

  • Strong communications capability – internal and external.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to create a compelling message and preparation of formal documents.
  • Able to engage with different business functions within the organisation.
  • Ability to present clear and concise reporting and identify key insights.
